Responsibilities of a Sales Agent
Engage in cold calling, event planning, B2B meetings, and other prospecting activities to build a clientele. Show a strong desire for developing trustworthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Promote the demands of potential customers or clients and place a high priority on providing solutions quickly. To ensure successful communication, make reports, proposals, and presentations for clients. Discuss contract terms with potential customers and clients. Work together with the Real Macways teams to assist customer acquisition and retention. Increase revenue in selected markets to meet or exceed sales targets. With a resilient and resolute mentality, work well under pressure. independently handle every stage of the sales process, from prospecting to transaction closure. Using the sales database of the company, keep precise records and deliver weekly reports. Expand uninterruptedly understanding of the company, its rivals, its goods, solutions, and procedures. rather than product sales experience, possess competence in selling IT consulting services projects like ERP, Business Applications, and Cloud Migration of Applications. Provide a thorough business plan, complete with target accounts, opportunities, anticipated financials, and projected revenue from the account(s), during the interview. knowledgeable about the M365 product line.

- Knowledge of cloud sales.
- Deep understanding of IAAS, SAAS, and PAAS cloud principles.
- Experience and knowledge of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of open stack and Microsoft stack technologies.
- Successful use of social media and other communication channels for prospecting.
- Hunting tactics and interpersonal interactions abilities.
- Two to five years of proven effectiveness in promoting technology consulting services and products.
- Demonstrated success in promoting sales objectives, convincing communication, and closing deals, too.
- Competent in solution-based and proactive selling methods.
